Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Discovery sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows are forfeited.
• 1:1 coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Late rescheduling counts as a completed session.
• Workshops may be rescheduled subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the team.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Discovery sessions: non-refundable once booked.
• 1:1 coaching programs: refundable on a pro-rata basis for sessions not yet delivered, less a 15% administrative fee, if cancelled in writing within the first 14 days of the engagement.
• After 14 days, programs are non-refundable, but unused sessions may be transferred to another qualified individual at the coach's discretion.
• Corporate workshops & enterprise consulting: governed by individual engagement letters.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Completed coaching sessions and workshop deliveries.
• Digital products, recordings, and program access already granted.
• Customized assessments and reports already prepared.
• Travel and venue costs incurred for in-person engagements.

4. Corporate Engagement Terms

Corporate workshops, leadership programs and consulting engagements follow the cancellation and refund schedule defined in the executed engagement letter. In absence of specific terms, a 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled start.

5. Digital Product Limitations

Digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided. Technical issues will be addressed promptly; users must report issues within 7 days of purchase.

6. Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. International refunds may take longer depending on the issuing bank.

Email billing@kartikvyas.coach with your order ID, reason and supporting context. Our team will respond within 3 business days.
