"Services" refers to executive coaching, training, workshops, consulting and digital programs offered by Coach Kartik Vyas / Potentials Unlimited. "User" / "Client" refers to any individual or organization availing these Services.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and current information.
• Maintain confidentiality of any shared materials and login credentials.
• Use the website lawfully and respectfully.
• Engage in coaching with honest intent and personal commitment.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Prices are quoted in INR exclusive of applicable GST.
• Multi-month engagements may be invoiced in milestone-based instalments.
• A GST-compliant invoice will be issued for every transaction.

4. Refund Limitations

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Digital products, completed sessions and customized corporate engagements are generally non-refundable.

5. Coaching Disclaimers

Coaching is a developmental, non-clinical service. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial or therapeutic advice. Outcomes depend on personal commitment and circumstances; no specific result is guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, frameworks, audio, video, and methodology, is the intellectual property of Coach Kartik Vyas / Potentials Unlimited and is protected under applicable copyright laws. No part may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Website Usage

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering or interference with site functionality.
• Do not use the site for unlawful, defamatory or harmful purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Kartik Vyas / Potentials Unlimited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or Services. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

11. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall first attempt good-faith resolution. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the seat at Ahmedabad.

12. Digital Product Terms

Access to digital programs is personal, non-transferable, and revocable in case of misuse, sharing, or breach of these Terms.

13. Service Fulfillment

Services are delivered as per the agreed schedule confirmed in writing. Workshops are confirmed upon receipt of payment and a signed engagement letter.

14. Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
